Afrima Consulting Engineer Sdn. Bhd. Was appointed as the Design Consultant / Owner’s Engineer for the overall design works related to providing power supply (TNB) to ICON City. The services include producing Conceptual Design for M&E and Cable Tunnel, Site Layout Drawings on Power Cable Route as per TNB requirement, Cable Tunnel, Power Cable, Joint Box, Inspection Pit Design as per all Local Authority Requirements, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to produce comprehensive Bid/ Tender Document , Assisting in Tendering for EPC, Assist Client in awarding the EPC Contract, Design Review of EPC Design and Supervision of Overall Works, Witness Testing Works, Liaison with TNB, JKR, Town Council, BOMBA and assist during Defect Liability Period.
